Q: Who is this event for?
A: While I work mostly with entrepreneurs and business owners, this networking event is for any woman who is taking charge of her career and wants to be a leader in her field.
Q: I work on the other side of town and... traffic! What if I can't make it by 6:00 pm?
A: Girl, I hear you. We'll be casually mingling in typical happy-hour style until our speaker starts at 7:00, so feel free to drop in when you can!
Q: Wait... mini-workshop? What's that?
A: In an effort to bring you more value AND help instigate actual connection between attendees, each Cocktails & Connections event will have a speaker and mini-workshop. The speaker will be on for 10-15 minutes, then we'll break out into pre-assigned groups of 4-6 to discuss the topic and work on a small activity that will last 10-15 minutes. After that, we'll see if any groups want to share their work or if they have any additional questions for the speaker. Then we'll get back to mingling and networking!
Q: What will the topics be?

Q: Any more details about the August 8th event I should know about?
A: Industrious West Midtown is a super groovy coworking space on the west side of Atlanta. There is a parking garage immediately to the left of the building. You will either be able to validate your parking ticket, or there will be complimentary valet available (but please try to bring a small tip, 'cause we like to be nice!). The entrance is inside next to Donetto's, and just inside the hallway on the right. You can find out more about the space here.
